We are so proud to be able to share our news about our recent awards As a small business, it's important to us that every aspect of our work is ethical and sustainable. This affects how we source our products and choose suppliers; how we package and send orders; the materials used in the shop along with a multitude of behind-the-scenes decisions. It's really heartening when these efforts are recognised by the wider community and we are proud to be able to set a bar for other businesses wanting to work in a more earth conscious way.
So we are thrilled to let you know that we have won the Green/Eco category of the Shaftesbury Business Awards!
As Lucy, founder of Coconut and Cotton, is currently working on supply chain sustainability in Costa Rica, it fell to her mum to kindly represent us in person to pick up the award on our behalf. Lucy was also there though, via video link, to be a part of the ceremony and thank everyone for their votes and nominations.
