How to use it:
- Burn 4-5 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils.
- Common cold: Add one drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and rub onto your chest and under your nose to open your sinuses. Add 4 drops into a DIY hot facial steam bath.
- Itch & menstrual cramp relief: Add one drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the affected area.
- Muscle pain: Add 4 drops into 10 ml of carrier oil (anything you have at home like peanut oil or olive oil) and massage into the sore muscles.
